How to Order – Our Digital Transfer Process
1. Collect Your Media
Gather all of the media and photos you would like to have digitized and determine the type and quantity.
2. Contact Us
Send a message through our contact page describing the type and quantity of media you would like us to process for you. We will respond with a quote to complete your job. A rough estimate of quantity will get you a rough quote, while a more precise estimate will get you a more precise quote.
3. Send Us Your Media
If you are located within a 30-mile radius of Richford, VT, we can arrange a local pickup. If not, pack your media securely in a box and message us with the dimensions and weight of the box. We will e-mail you a prepaid USPS shipping label. Alternatively, you can ship the box yourself to our secure post office box.
4. We Process Your Media
Upon receipt of your media, we will inspect and process it. This generally takes one to two weeks.
5. We Provide a Final Invoice & Finished Product
Once we process your media and are confident you will be satisfied with the finished product, we will email you an itemized invoice. After payment is received all items will be shipped back to you, including your original media and any USB drives or CD/DVDs ordered. We will also provide access to any digital downloads ordered at this time – these will be available for download for 30 days. Once you receive your digital files, it is highly advised to create a back-up save of your files.
