With 300dpi being the industry standard for high-quality photos, business cards, and detailed documents, 600dpi allows for moderate enlargements. All images will be delivered in JPG format and will include minor improvements to the lighting, saturation and exposure.

Frequently Asked Questions
How are my photos saved?
Your photos will be saved as jpg files and can be saved in titled folders representing special events, a timeframe, or other marker. If you would like your photos to be saved by category, they must be sorted and labeled according to how you would like your albums or folders saved and titled.
Can whole photo album pages be scanned?
If the pages from the album can be removed or laid flat, then yes. Small photo albums that only hold one photo per page usually cannot be laid flat enough to scan and would have to be removed from the album.
Can you restore my old, damaged photos?
We do not perform significant photo restoration, as this is outside of our expertise, and we want to provide our customers with the highest quality results.
Can my old, damaged photos be restored with AI?
Our experience with several AI programs has been hit or miss and usually not satisfactory when restoring photos. Often times AI creates crooked eyes, droopy faces, or even a set of teeth where there wasn’t any before.
